Evolutionary Energy Healing

Are you inspired to grow beyond stories, patterns, behaviors and beliefs? Ready to express your uniqueness, own your gifts,  and be present to yourself and others in new and authentic ways?

In this highly experiential course, learn about your energy body and how it reflects disregulated emotional or behavioral patterns you may gravitate towards. Learn tools to cultivate inner awareness, get embodied, and regulate and clear your energy for growth and evolution.

The workshop will start with a 20 minute introduction to energy medicine and discussion.  Then learn empowering tools supporting embodiment, self-containment, self-reliance, and healing.  Handouts on the  skills learned will be available to support continuing the work at home.
